Zara is the Managing Director of NCI New Zealand. Zara has nearly 20 years’ experience in the industry and has worked in New Zealand and Australia in Broking and Leadership roles.

She has an in-depth understanding of trade credit risk and experience in tailoring solutions for businesses to ensure they are protected, maximising the cover available and ensuring they are well informed about their debtors and market risks.


Shayle Fleming
Prior to Shayle’s role at National Credit Insurance, she worked in advertising for 20 years & manufacturing for the last 6 years. Her work consisted extensively throughout the South Island in Nelson, Southland & Canterbury as well as Nationwide in NZ.

Shayle’s previous roles have provided her vast experience in sales leadership, business development & Key Account Management. Shayle prides herself in being a strong relationship builder, as she finds herself working with many of the same clients across multiple industries.

These clients have recognised Shayle as a consistent high achiever and is always going above and beyond to ensure she is always delivering the best results for her clients.
